Installation Instructions

Precautions for using graphite crucible.
In the current market, graphite crucible as the main material occupies the main position. As a result, graphite crucibles are relatively used in a wide range of fields, and they become the most popular choice for metal melting. However, although graphite crucible has various properties, but because of the special nature of the composition of its main material, there are many precautions in the use of graphite crucible.
There are mainly:
1. Don't give mechanical impact, don't fall or hit from high place.
2. Don't be wet by water, need to be stored in dry place.
3. Do not let it touch water after Chikuma is dry.
4. Do not direct the flame to the crucible (spray to the bottom of the crucible) during the period of use, there will be obvious black traces at the bottom of the crucible if it is sprayed.
5. Remaining aluminium and copper materials should be taken out as much as possible after stopping the furnace, and no residual liquid should be left in the crucible.
6. The use of acidifier (slag remover, etc.) should be moderate to avoid erosion of the crucible, and excessive use will erode the crucible and cause rupture.
7. Don't hit the crucible and don't use mechanical force when putting raw material into the crucible.
